I can't login as admin

  When I try to login to my blog as admin, I receive an error. I’m locked out and need to be able to get back in to edit and add to my blog.

  It sounds like you may be using a WordPress setup at a web hosting provider other than WordPress.com. See http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ to learn more about the differences.

  If you let me know your domain name, I can take a quick look and let you know where and how to ask for support for the type of setup you have.

  My domain is chanelartistry.com

  I’m using WordPress.com but when I log in with my user/password my blog is completely gone. When I try another route for access,chanelartistry.com/wp-admin, I receive an error message stating “You cannot access the Dashboard requested”.

  The message goes on to say that I do not have the admin privileges to access the ‘chanelartistry’ domain as requested- which is a totally new phenomenon bc this is how I’ve accessed my blog for years. The error message concludes by saying that if I am ‘chanelann'(my username) which i AM and need access than I need to ask admin to invite me.

  Why am I suddenly not recognized as admin? How do I get back in?

  Ohhh! Also, I took your statement “I try to login to my blog as admin” quite literally and thought you were using the username “admin.” Whoops! Yes, I see now that chanelartistry.com is hosted here at WordPress.com.

  I checked the users listed for chanelartistry.com, and there is only one username and it is not chanelann. What you will need to do is try your best to remember the other username or email address that has been used to manage the blog most recently. I cannot give out exact details, but I can tell you the email address on file ends with “.edu”

  If you cannot remember the username or email for the other login, then you will need to go through the account recovery process and you can find out more at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form
