I can't login in my account

I tried to change my email address and password and then I received the email below, I followed the steps and now i can’t access my wordpress account?

Your site is running on a different version of WordPress. Here, we support the WordPress.com managed hosting environment. We do not offer temporary or staging sites as you’ve listed.
This indicate that the site is set up on the open source WordPress.org software instead. Help with that comes from the community at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

Hi there I’m experiencing the same problem as you, other than i purchased my domain name etc etc from WordPress myself!!! And I have had nothing but trouble with it ever since I asked someone in support to change my email address for the website!!
So have you managed to get this resolved, or is it still ongoing please??
I never seem to be able to get a straight forward answer to any of my questions regarding this issue!!!
