I can't login in my account, It shows the massage

  I can’t login in my account with my login user name “paulovitor” not even access my site (paulovitorgrossi.com) after i’ve tried to change my template page. I can’t access anything, site or login, I tired to change my password and doesn’t worked too. It shows the massage: “Fatal error: Cannot redeclare adler_wp_title() (previously declared in /home/paulovitor/paulovitorgrossi.com/wp-content/themes/adler/functions.php:123) in /home/paulovitor/paulovitorgrossi.com/wp-content/themes/adler/inc/extras.php on line 34”
