I cant login into my website admin

I’ve been unable to login as my email/username is invalid. I logged in a weeks or so ago fine but now I cant get in. I’ve contacted support but not had a response for a day or so. I need some help from anyone who can help me please

Do you have another account you have been using to manage this website? If so then make sure you are logging in with the correct credentials.
Have you followed the steps to recover the lost password?

I think you may misunderstand what’s going on here. I’m trying to log into WordPress admin for my website and not hosting admin. I’ve logged in many times before and not had a problem but now I can’t. If anyone out there has had a similar problem before I’d really appreciate your help

This looks to be a duplicate thread. However, as our forum volunteer @timethief has already mentioned, if you are unable to log into your site’s WP Admin at http://www.themaninwhite.net/wp-admin/ then you’ll want to head over to the documentation and support forums for the software you use at https://wordpress.org/support .
Just to clarify, this support forum assists users of WordPressdotcom hosted sites and the guidance provided here may not be relevant to DIY WordPress.org sites hosted with an external hosting provider (e.g. Bluehost, GoDaddy etc.).

As @timethief and @justjeniffer already pointed out, our site themaninwhite.net is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the self-hosted version of WordPress and it is hosted by Netregistry. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding your login issue.
