and i try to login like a admin like this http://www.oneandonedating.com/wp-admin ,but i can not ,please help me -

I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.
