How can I log into my Domain Administration page?

  I registered and have all my info. I am on the secure login page and it tells me the authentication failed. What do I need to do? I know I am entering my user id and password correctly! Is the password the domain admin or the password I created with my user id?

  Hi there,

  Are you trying to log into your Domain Administration page? If so, the login information would be as follows:

  Username: The “Customer Number” that appears below “Domain Administration” on your Store -> Domains page.

  Password: Create a password by entering a new password in the text boxes next to “New Password.” Then, click “Save Password.”
