I can’t login, says uknown username/email

    This same problem happened to 2 of my websites already and i had someone help me however they didn’t tell me how.

    My website says I have the wrong email or username that doesn’t exist (even though it is 100% correct, I have it stored on my phone), and when I try to reset it, no confirmation link is sent to me. It was working the past few days and for some reason it just suddenly stopped working. Help appreciated thank you
