I can't login to customize my website? How can I get through?

    I can’t login to customize my website. I can login successfully to the wordpress.com website but when I click customize it takes me to another login page. This time it doesn’t let me through. Is there a glitch in system or do I need another set of user and passwords? Thanks

    We provide support only for blogs being hosted WordPress.COM and not for WordPress.ORG software installs. Sorry but you are posting to the wrong support forum.

    WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
