I can’t login to my account

    I tried to login to my account and get a wrong password error message, I do a forgot password prompt and a message pops up that a link is sent to my email, yet I don’t get any link in my inbox. Please help out.

    Hi there,

    The forum you’re posting in now is for the hosting provider, WordPress.com, but your site at wigsweavesandmore.com is not hosted with us, so we’re not able to help in this case. The password for your admin account for that site is stored in your site’s database on your hosting provider’s servers, so contacting them directly is your best bet for getting help with this – many hosts offer a way for you to reset this directly via your hosting control panel.

    Otherwise you can see the password reset instructions for your version of WordPress at https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/ for other methods, like changing the password directly in the database.
