I cant login to my admin site

    The login site keeps saying that my username is not registered. It also doesn’t recognise any of my emails. So I cant even change a password because I dont know what username to use. All my wordpress emails come through to (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    You’ve posted to the free support forums for websites hosted here at WordPress.com. Since your site is not hosted with us, we’re limited in what we can help with and advise. But I can get you pointed in the right direction to get help.

    Your site’s login page can be found here which also includes a “lost your password” link you can use to reset your password: https://shnackfoodco.com/wp-login.php

    If you’re unable to reset your password there, you should reach out to your host for help with this. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you reset your login credentials.
