I can’t login to my other WP site

    I can’t seem to login into my other WordPress account (thisisfinecompany.com), it’s saying the username doesn’t exist and this change password link doesn’t load for me either.

    I’m not sure if I’ve been hacked, because the website doesn’t load on desktop also and is showing up with missing content on mobile.

    Please could you advise?

    Hi higherselfcare,

    Your website is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software found on WordPress.org.

    To clear up any confusion, there are 2 versions of WordPress. WordPress.com is a managed environment different from using the open source WordPress installation. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two, different entities.

    You could look in WordPress.org forum; perhaps someone there has experienced something similar.
