I can’t login to my WordPress.com account

  Hello!

  I have 2 step authentication enabled on my account with email address (email visible only to moderators and staff). Whenever I try to log in, I never receive the SMS. The backup codes that I had are not working anymore. I really need to log in to my site. Please help, it’s urgent.

  Hi there,

  Our logs show those messages as sent and accepted by your mobile carrier, so if you’re not receiving them, the problem is between your network provider and your phone.

  If your backup codes also don’t work, please follow our account recovery steps at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/ instead so we can help you regain access that way.

  Hi @kikkieh,

  I tried from many devices to send SMS on my phone. I also checked other apps and websites, I get OTP from all of them. I am not getting the OTP ONLY from WordPress.com.

  The account recovery steps too, sends SMS which I am not getting. Looks like I am locked out of my website now. :(

  Can you please help?

  I have been trying since last 10 hours. I really need to access my site.
