I can’t login to my WordPress site

    I just received the following notification about my account. It came to my primary email address ((email visible only to moderators and staff))

    mtg-yaku.com – 4/21/2021

    Unfortunately, I can’t login to this site to edit the page as I want to.

    Hi there!

    The site mtg-yaku.com is associated with a different WordPress.com user account than the one you’re currently logged into.

    Additionally, the email was sent to (email visible only to moderators and staff) because that email was the one set for the domain contact when the domain was originally purchased, but that is not the email address on file for the purchase and account management of the site and would not serve as proof of ownership.

    If you log in using the other account, you should be able to manage the domain renewal and other functions of the site without any issue.

    If you don’t remember what the other account is and if you have the transaction IDs from charges on this account, you can use the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site, then WordPress.com support can help you from there. You can find that form here:

    Just fill out as much information as you have including an email address where Support can get in touch. The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

    WordPress XXXXXXXXXX
