I cant login to www.reachphotographers.co.nz

  I still cant access http://www.reachphotographers.co.nz for a week now?

  The error message is….

  The reachphotographers.co.nz page isn’t working
  reachphotographers.co.nz is currently unable to handle this request.
  HTTP ERROR 500

  My Host sent me this….

  Hi Kevin,

  You’ll need to go back to them then and show them the error log sample. It is showing a plugin error, this needs to be rectified by a developer / or you disable that particular plugin, we don’t develop plugins nor build websites so there is nothing we can do on our side.

  I did that. The only help that you can receive for that site is found at http://wordpress.ORG/support. There is no Staff support there and our Staff do not provide wordpress.ORG support.

  I have a user account, but I cant access it. The site was working fine, then came up with the error message which stops me logging into it. I cant get into it to reset the password. Its like its been hacked or something

  @reachphotographers, these are actually the forums for sites hosted here at WordPress.com, but you have your own installation of WordPress.org . Your site is not here with us.

  Your host’s advice was good:

  You could hire a developer to help with that. Or you can try the community forums, but you do need to post in the correct ones, over at https://wordpress.org/support

  You might also ask your host to restore a backup of your site to see if that will help. But mind the name of the plugin that broke (it should be in the error) and then you can find help specifically for that.
