I, can’t make a post

    I can’t make a post, it’s showing me blue blank page, and it doesn’t allow me to create a new post, i was being shock right now with this esue, please can someone get me out of this esue?

    The site I need help with is kajumbsamuel.wordpress.com.

    1. What computer or device are you using? For example, are you on a desktop computer, or something like an iPad?

    2. What operating system and web browser are you using? For example, are you using Windows 10 with the Microsoft Edge browser?

    3. Have you tried logging into your WordPress.com account through a different web browser to see if the issue persists there? Something like Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome?

    I’m using Android croom device, and i also try log into Firefox private browser, it still desame, i clean all device caches, it still desame, i also check my device update, my device is up to date, “i confused what exactly causing this problems in my phone. Or maybe my divice is too law to operate WordPress website, please help me figure the issue.

    Would you please clarify which versions of Windows, Chrome, and Firefox you’re running?

    I operate with, chrome version 91.0 and Firefox version 87; I was chock, since i involve my self in this WordPress website, ” updating my device, is not avail, rebooting it, is also desame, maybe Nigerians are not allowed, if so i will change my device location; please for the check of love of God help me out of this esue.

    Hi there,

    We don’t restrict features on WordPress.com based on your location, so changing your device location won’t do anything.

    Do I understand correctly that you’re on an Android device? Can you check if using the WordPress for Android app instead of your browser works better? You can find that app in the Play store.

    If possible, also please check if a different internet connection makes any difference.
