i cant make any comment on other wordpress

    i have problem with comment here,
    why i cant make any comment on any otther wordpress site
    but i can reply in my own blog
    how to fix it ?

    iam try to change any device or gadget the problem still remain..

    Will you please read this http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ and know that WordPress>ORG installs are not a part of the WordPress.COM blogging community. WordPress.ORG bloggers can control who can register so they can submit a comment on their blogs.

    If you are not referring to a WordPress>ORG site then will you please post the URL of the exact blog you cannot submit comments to a tell us exactly what happens when you try?
