I can't make my blog public

  I set up my blog as a private one, now want to open it for public viewing. I’ve tried to change this through the Reading setting but clicking on the button that says “I would like my site to be private, visible only to users I choose” does nothing to make my blog visible to friends.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
