I can't make my blog the HOME PAGE

  By default, the front page of the site is set to display the latest blog posts and this is what happens when you go on to my blog/website. However once that you are on it,if you check one of the pages (ABOUT for instance), there is then no way of going back to the blog.

  A page called HOME is suppose to appear once that you start to navigate the site and give you the option of starting to navigate the site from the blog (which should be the HOME page at this point) but this is not happening, does anybody know how I can change this? I do not want a static HOME page, but the blog page as HOME which is what should be set as default. Anybody who can help me on achieving this?
