I can't manage categories

  Hi, I have a problem I can’t manage existing categories I dont have ‘Posts -> Categories’ in my dashboard.
  (https://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/categories/)

  All I have in dashbord is:
  Stats; plan; PUBLISH – blog posts, pages; PERSONALIZE – themes, menus; CONFIGURE – sharing, people, plugins, domains, settings :(
  How to manage categories? I can add them when I am adding post, but I can’t change their name or delete.

  You can manage your categories via the classic Dashboard:

  You can still access the classic Dashboard if you click on the WP Admin link at the bottom of the left menu. See the screenshot bellow:
