I can't map my domain

  Hi. I have the registered domain (squank.com.ua). I try to map it but every time I have the answer that my domain is not regisered and cannot ne mapped. I’ve alredy changed DNS but there is no result. I even tried to register a free domain name on wordpress and than to map this one. The same thing, my domain is not registered yet. I wrote to my domain support, they checked everything and told me that my domain is registered and works properly. Are there any variants how can I solve this problem. Thanks!

  Hi,
  According to WordPress.com staff, they need to manually add some domain names with country extensions. That may be the case with your domain so I’ve tagged this for staff’s attention.

  What site is this for? I’m not seeing that the WordPress.com user account you are posting from has any WordPress.com sites associated with it.

  I’m sorry for my late reply. Thanks a lot for help. Unfortunately have no ability to work with my domain for a while, can I ask you for the same help a bit later? I mean to ask you to add this domain manualy again when I will sove some problems with my domain support?
