i cant map my .gr domain

  hello .. i cannot map my portal-ergasias.gr with portalergasias.wordpress.com

  Seems to be unregistered but from the company that i bought the domain they say that is ok and registered.

  can you please help me?thank you

  Have you followed the instructions in the domain mapping support guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/

  portal-ergasias.gr domain’s name servers are still pointing to your registrar’s. They need to be changes to WordPress.com’s name servers as mentioned in the step 2 of the above support guide.

  Go through the domain mapping process and feel free to ask if you have any questions.

  hello and thank you for the immidiate response.

  i have redirected ( if that is what u mean ) the site to my wordpress.com site.

  i am bit confuced

  I don’t mean redirect.

  If you have a domain purchased from some other registrar and want to use it for your WordPress.com site, Domain Mapping upgrade is what you need.

  hmm i tryed the upgrade mapping 13euros but the problem stills

  i think the problem exist because of .gr…

  maybe the wordpress.com cant support it… unless was .net or something else.. .com etc

  Buying domain mapping upgrade is the first step.

  i tried but the wordpress.com doesnt allow me.

  says that my domain isnt it registered. but it is.. it is registered.

  I’ve added the mappings for you. Please update your domain’s name servers to:
  ns1.wordpress.com
  ns2.wordpress.com
  ns3.wordpress.com

  Then visit the following link to renew the upgrade I’ve added. You should do this asap.
  https://wordpress.com/my-upgrades

  Finally, set your domain as the primary domain. That way, your .wordpress.com address will forward to the domain.
  https://wordpress.com/domains/manage
