I can’t move anything

    I added a header and it won’t let me delete it. I want to move a header to align with three images. It won’t let me move it without moving all the copy and images above it. No power on earth will let me separate the two blocks. I’ve done it again and again.

    I started programming computers with Basic and Fortran in the 1970s and 1980s. I’m not a computer newbie. And I have to say I have never seen a LESS intuitive program than WordPress.
