  Are you still trying to activate Baskerville 2 theme on any of your WordPress.com site? If so, you can activate the site from https://wordpress.com/theme/baskerville-2/

  Once activated, set up your theme according to its instructions found on the https://wordpress.com/theme/baskerville-2/ on the left.
