  This is the worst customer support I have ever seen.

  I have literally just created an account, wanted to subscribe and pay and everything and I am not allowed to with no particular reason.

  What is this, this is absurd. Can someone please help me understand what’s going on?

  Have you seen my replies? Did you see what billing of whoever wrote there? What’s wrong with customer support on this service. Why payment are not allowed for my account? What’s wrong??
