Do you have another card you can try by chance? In this case, the PayPal (our payment processor) is showing this error. Normally, this occurs because some of the credit card information entered to verify the card is either incorrect or only partially entered. Can you double-check the address you’re using for the card, for example?

That’s odd – I just sent a manual payment request to your email address. Can you try making the payment there?

I tried the manual payment link you sent. Got the same message. Is ther something i’m not doing right? I also got a notification email that my upgrade will be auto renewed by June 2 and that I don’t have to do anything. What do I do if the auto renew does not go through? -
I went ahead and extended the expiration date on your Premium trial a bit longer while we work this out. I’m still figuring out why the payment isn’t working. I’ll get back to you as soon as I have more info!

Just following up here, could you grab a screenshot of the error you’re receiving? Once you submit the payment and see the error message, just take a screenshot of the error message (please do not include any credit card details in the screenshot) as instructed here:
