I can’t pay the plan

    I am stuck on the checkout page, and every time I try to make the payment to a subscription i keep receiving a generic error message: Your payment was not processed this time due to an error, please try to submit it again.

    Correct account: Yes

    Howdy,

    That sounds annoying.

    What browser are you using? Does it happen if you try a different browser? Are you using any browser extensions? Can you try disabling them and seeing if that changes things?
