I can’t pay to renew domain name

  Hi- While we’re trying to get the correct sign in and password for our account on Bluehost / Automattic, I need to pay to maintain our ownership of apptechdesign.org which is registered with Automattic. The person who had control of our website for a short period has disappeared. I just want to pay to renew our domain name registration. This would put us back online.
