I can not publish a post. The posting button does not appear!

Hi there. How are you trying to create a post? There are two options: the New Post button in the reader (https://wordpress.com/post/) and the post editor under Posts ->Add New in the dashboard. Which one are you using? Are you unable to publish a post, or are you unable to create a new post at all?
Please make sure you are using one of the browsers and versions listed here: http://browsehappy.com/
Additionally, try clearing your browser cache and cookies and make sure you have third-party cookies enabled. You can also check whether you have the same problem on a different browser and make sure your flash player is updated.

Already tried everything, I still have the draft file and I can not publish.
Is there a way that I can send you a print screen of the problem? -
Sure thing. Easiest way to upload screenshots is to paste them into http://snag.gy/ and then you just paste the URL it generates here.
It will also really help if you can tell us what browser and version you’re using (https://www.whatismybrowser.com/) and in which of the two post editors I mentioned (or both) you’re having this problem.

Go to Posts > All Post and hover over the title of the Draft. Click the Edit button. Edit the Draft post. http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/edit-posts-screen/
In the Publish module note “Draft” and the visibility chnage to “Public” then click the big blue publish button to publish the post. http://en.support.files.wordpress.com/2014/02/publish-immediately-edit.png?w=688

This is the url for http://snag.gy/ABVPo.jpg and you can see that there is not a publish button in the draft. I have problems with both editors.
My browser is google chrome.I see many complaints about this in other forums

The word “Chrome” means nothing to us without the version number. We need to know your specifics such as:
(a) Exactly what kind of device you are using to connect to the internet and to WordPress.com.
(b) Exactly which browser (and version of it) you’re using by checking here if necessary http://www.whatbrowser.org/Please work through what follows and report back.
1. If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.
