I can't post to my blog

Dear sirs,
I can see my blog just fine but when I try to add an article, look at the statistics or any other action, I just get a white page with the wordpress logo.

Can you confirm which site you are having problems with? There are two listed in your account.
How can I get support? Apparently most posts in this section never get answered.
You can tag forum posts with ‘modlook’, to get a reply from a member of staff. There are also other ways to get help, which are explained here:

You mentioned your ‘first post’ — are you having trouble accessing one post only or the whole site?
The first thing to try is clearing your browser cache and cookies. There are instructions for doing so, here:
If that doesn’t have any effect can you try using another browser, so we can see whether the issue only occurs in one browser.
Let me know if that makes a difference.

I’m having trouble accessing the website for everything that needs logging in. Having said that, I’m using Firefox and clearing the cache did not help, however I tried Safari with success; with Safari everything seems to be working normally.

That’s interesting. I tested this on my version of Firefox and couldn’t replicate the problem, so let’s look at your browser. If you have browser extensions or ad blockers in Firefox, can you disable them and see if that makes a difference? They could be preventing the page from loading correctly.
See if that helps and come back to me.

I tried disabling extensions but it had no effect, however I noticed Firefox is having problems with other sites, so there is mor for me to investigate.

In that case, it would be worth checking you have Javascript enabled in Firefox:
Having it disabled would certainly have an effect.

This is becoming interesting. I checked that javascript was enabled. I then tried the home page of WordPress.com and the white page with the logo came on; then I restarted in safe mode and the page opened correctly but when I tried again it did not open. Reverting to “extras enabled” the page opened on restart but the white page would come back when I just typed “Wordprees.com” in the address bar.

I am wondering if you need to reinstall Firefox — a fresh install would ensure all the settings are back to default. Also check that you are running an up to date version of Firefox.

Hi,
There was another site with problems but it turned out that unblocking pop-ups solved that one. As for WordPress I am willing to use Safari for the time being.
