I can't preview text nor resize images

  Ever since your revamp, I can’t preview and I can’t re-size images in either ie9 or Firefox 18.0.2. I have to take everything live to check text and image formatting.

  When resizing images, both the html and visual show the correct image size I want but when I UPDATE the image, and view it on the website, it remains the original size not the corrected size. Even after refreshing the website and cleaning out everything in my cache it is still the original size as it is uploaded to the image database. Usually after many attempts and/or resizing offline and uploading, I can finally get the desired size.

  When entering text in both html and visual I need to UPDATE in order to check how it looks on our website. The PREVIEW doesn’t function.

  When going to VIEW after an UPDATE and using the PREVIEW, I do not see the red EDIT link at the bottom of the page.

  These problems have become very frustrating and are leading to the possible termination of my employment.

  Hi there,

  I’m sorry you’re having such a frustrating time with the image resizer. I’d be happy to try and get this working for you properly. Could you point me to an image that you are unable to resize that I can test with? What size is it now and what size should it be?
