I can’t’ print more than one page of an article

  Just recently, I’m unable to print more than one page of an article. The page-range on the top of the article reads 1/1 and it doesn’t change if I choose a page-range of 1-3 or 1-4 below on the left side of the article. What can I do to rectify this problem?
