I can't product link to Amazon

  I am trying to copy and paste an html product link from Amazon.com to my wordpress site. I created a widget labeled ‘text’ and pasted the link from Amazon, but when I save it, the link I pasted disappears. Why does this keep happening?

  Hi there – the link you’re trying to paste likely contains code that’s not permitted on WordPress.com and is getting stripped out: Code

  Try a link consisting only of plain HTML, if one is offered. You can also upload an image to your site, and then use a Text or Image Widget to make that image link to where you need it to go.
