I can't publish an article or a page

Hi all,
I’m having a little problem here. I just set up my blog yesterday, so I’m not that familiar with WordPress… I’m having trouble publishing a page or an article via the website. When trying to make a new page (or article) I don’t have the option to publish it, but only to save it in “draft” or “pending review” mode.
I searched through the forum, I enabled https and don’t have Adblock.
The weird part is I can publish via my Iphone app or by clicking on my name (righ corner). I then get redirected on a page with several categories (new post, reader, notifications, stats, etc…). When I click on new post I am able to publish it. But not via the dashboard of my blog.
Problem is I drafted two blog entries yesterday that I would like to post now and I can’t because I don’t have any option to do it on the dashboard… I’d also rather like to publish everything via the dashboard and not he Iphone app or the user page.
Finally, I can publish pages either except, again, via the Iphone app…Could someone please help me?
