I can’t publish and can’t add tags

  Last hour I made a new entry and hit publish, but it doesn’t show up on my index page – the previous entry is still at the top of the page. When I click pages>edit I can get to this new entry, who’s status is listed as published. This on the compute in my home that I wrote and published the entry on. I got into my dashboard on my home’s other computer and don’t see the new entry. I’m very confused here.

  ALSO, when I was writing my entry, I didn’t see the box to add my tags. What happened to it?
