  although not registered, i cannot sign up with it. wtf?

  Yes, I went with another domain.

  However, I do not see an editor and I am the admin. I do not want the footer copyright.

  It’s not possible to remove the WordPress.com or theme footer credits, sorry. This is required as part of our Terms of Service:

  https://en.wordpress.com/tos/

  However even our VIP clients have to retain the WordPress.com footer credits:

  https://vip.wordpress.com/clients/

  I view the WordPress.com in the footer as a sign of reliability, security, and speed.

  However, I do not see an editor
