I can't read comments. Please show me how. I will do it.

Hello there. I find wordpress quite wonderful. I only started my blog 15 years too late. It’s not that hard to figure out navigation, but I am totally stumped on one thing: Comments. The dashboard says I have four comments. One was a reblog. The other 3, I cannot read. I have clicked on the date and time listed multiple times and scrolled everything. There are no comments there. Really. If they are there, they are invisible.
I would like to know what readers have said or thought. I have gone to settings “Discussion” and everything looks right.
Please tell me how to read the comments and I will do it.
