I can't receive the email

  As a new user,I have almost done the registration steps,except the email.

  There is no email sent to my address((email visible only to moderators and staff)).I have contacted the IT support of our email service company.They check and told me that the server had not received any email from you(*@wordpress.com).

  I also tried to use another email address but failed.I don’t know why.

  Could you please help us to solve the problem?
