I can't recover my website

  My business website was built and running using the $300/yr Business Plan. I let that Business plan lapse in August of 2020. Now I go to the Admin page and all I see is text from what was my homepage. When I go to the manage purchases page it tells me that my site is a free site. Will I be able to recover my website by paying the $300 for another yr of the Business plan, or will I need to something else to recover it. As you can see I’m stuck at this point.
