I can’t refund

    I tried following the instructions to refund my automatic renewal for my subscription but it doesn’t show up on my purchase history. However, I have the bill on my card statement and I’m able to look it up using your built in tool.

    I would be happy to assist you in cancelling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. You must own a different WordPress.com account. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.

    You can fill out the form at wpchrg.com and it will help you find the correct account along with what you were charged for.

    Well that’s what I’m not sure about. I used the https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ service to find it and this is what information it gave me. I’m not entirely sure I know which account it would be other that this.

    Thanks Supernovia! I created my wordpress about a year ago and I believe the email address I am using is linked to the right account.

    Is there any way you can let me know when an email is sent so I can verify from my end? I know the window for a refund is small and I dont want to miss it.
