I can't refund Domain Mapping

    28 August 2012 I buy “Domain Mapping” and “Domain Registration” it was ok. When I create web address I didn’t observe “Auto Renew” function and now they take me 13$ for “Domain Mapping” and 5$ for “Domain Registration”. How can I refund money for “Domain Mapping” and “Domain Registration”? I don’t need much more web-address. They take me automatically on 30 July 2013, 18$.
    In “My Upgrades” don’t exist button “Cancel” domain.
