I can’t renew

  Hi there, I was made an administrator of the site by the original administrator. I am now the only person responsible for the site but it has expired and I cannot renew it. I try to follow the instructions to do so but under ‘active upgrades’ nothing appears. please help

  Hi there, was ownership of the site and the domain name passed over to you from the original administrator?

  It is possible to be an administrator without being the “owner” of any active purchases. If possible, can the original owner re-access the site once more to transfer any purchases to you?
