I can't renew domain. Weird case.

  I can’t renew my domain. It will expire 30 July and it’s called coachcyn.com, but when I click on the link provided in the renewal email, I get sent to gameofbusiness.wordpress.com. I don’t get it. Why isnt’ it the coachcyn.com site?

  And now I can’t log on to renew it. Can someone (human) help me? None of the support forums help.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello,
  To renew your domain, log into the WordPress.com account you used to register coachcyn.com (probably gameofbusiness.wordpress.com). Then go to https://wordpress.com/my-domains/

  I can’t get anything. This is frustrating. PLease go to coachcyn.com. That’s the site I want to renew. Please tell me:

  What is the wordpress account I used to register it?
  How do I renew it? Please tell me step by step.

  I know where this is coming from. My credit card expires this month. So I just need to update the card number.

  Help please. Thanks

  You always renew is a base WordPress.COM blog URL (whatever.wordpress.com) Not the custom domain name (coachcyn.com in your case)

  It says my blog never expires.
