Hi there,
I can confirm that wiydmarketplace.store is listed under your account here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/
However when I visit it I am redirected to https://melonaeconer.wordpress.com/ instead. Are you trying to set that site to use wiydmarketplace.store as it’s address instead of the one it uses now? Or is the issue related to a change in site appearance that took place after the Business Plan expired on the site?
Thanks for clarifying.

When my business plan expired it reverted back to Melonae. Is there anyway to get another extension?
my website should be http://www.Wiydmarketplace.store with the paid plan. -
Hey there,
It looks like the monthly plan was in use there, is this something that you’d like to re-instate? If yes, this can be re-purchased here: https://wordpress.com/checkout/wiydmarketplace.store#step2
Out of curiosity, when you mention “extension” – is this a site you’re looking to move?
Many thanks in advance.

No I’m not just get my site back up and running until Tuesday when I can make the next payment

Hi there,
When the Business Plan expires on a site, this removes all the features that won’t function without that upgrade, such as plugin and/or theme uploads. This will “revert” the site to it’s original state before the Business plan was added.
The good news is that you can add the Business plan back to the site, and this will give you access to the incremental backups that are provided under that plan. From there you can locate the last backup we took before the original plan expired and this will restore your site back to the way it was at that time.
You can add the business plan to your site here:
Once you upgrade, you can follow the steps here to locate your backup and restore from it:
Jetpack Backup automatically makes a copy of your site, allowing you to restore it to the exact state it was in at any previous point in time. This feature is available on sites with the WordPress.com Business or Commerce plan. If your site has one of our legacy plans, it is available on the Pro plan. Hey there,
It looks like the business plan is on – melonaeconer.wordpress.com, you should be able to active restores via this panel here: https://wordpress.com/backup/melonaeconer.wordpress.com
Are you able to restore a backup from that panel there? Many thanks!

-
Thanks for that detail – that helps a lot!
We went ahead and configured Jetpack for you and are running the restore using the backup from April 18, 2023. We’ll give you an update once that’s completed.
Let us know if you have any questions in the meantime!

That unfortunately was not the correct back up. It should back up to http://www.Wiydmarketplace.store not mel’onae corner

The melonaeconer.wordpress.com URL is what your site is on the backend. You just need to set wiydmarketplace.store the site primary address from My Site > Upgrades > Domains. Then your site will load under that URL.
I hope that clarifies things! Let us know if you have any questions or need help with anything else.
