Yes I’m still having trouble. If you read the messages, and looked into it you would know this. I’m sorry to be rude but this is ridiculous

And actually I just can’t turn my site off price or access my settings without there being an error

Hi there,
It appears there was an issue with the Jetpack connection again, and I have fixed that issue. You can now restore your site to the date of your choice. I would recommend right after you do that that you update all plugins and themes. You can do that from My Home > Updates in your dashboard.

Why can I not email WordPress? It says I have a free account every time!!!!!!
I have changed my admin account to a customer account by accident. Can you please change (email visible only to moderators and staff) back to admin!

Thanks for clarifying; I was checking over the thread and I understand you mentioned previously that you couldn’t access your plugins but it looks like the user role wasn’t mentioned before.
I was able to change you back to an admin so you should now have access to your plugins (and other parts of the site administration) as normal.
