I can’t renew, it says I have no sites.

    I have not received any notification to renew or i would have. I am unable to contact anyone to do this. You need real customer support instead on alienating those who wish to speak with a person. My site has been WB6AMT.COM for several years without any problems in the past…why now?

    Hi @earllizardi0299, can you log out and log back in as the account that owns the upgrade? This particular account does not have any upgrades associated with it.

    We sent an expiration notice recently, but it was sent to a different address, not the one listed here:
    https://wordpress.com/me/account

    Can you check your other email address, then log out and log in with that? From there, if you’ll hurry you should be able to renew. If you can’t, reply here from the correct account and we’ll sort out your options.

    Also, as this is a domain registration, you will want to act quickly to get it renewed properly before it goes into redemption, as there are extra fees if it does. You just need to be sure you’re working through the correct account/email address first.

    I would like to upgrade to the Premium plan.
    Please use my < (email visible only to moderators and staff) > address I have not used the gmail account for several years. This email address was also in the Contact Info on my wordpress website “WB6AMT.COM”
    I would like to get my site back up and functioning.
    Can you assist me with this?

    Hi there,

    We can only communicate with a particular account using the email address connected to that specific account. The email address you indicated above is associated with the account you’re using to post here, not with the account that owns your domain, wb6amt.com.

    Please log into that account, or otherwise please confirm if you’re unable to access that account so we can get an account recovery process started for you.

    Why was my current email address removed in my response in the above?

    Our forums software automatically redacts email addresses from posts to protect your privacy, but they are visible to staff.
