I can't renew my domain

I received an email weeks ago saying that my domains with WordPress will expire in April. I clicked on the link on the email to renew them and it redirected me to:
https://wordpress.com/purchases
And when I click to Upgrade to it redirects me to:
But I don’t see where can i just renew my domains.
I tried also on “Domains” but the “Payment Settings” option redirects me again to: https://wordpress.com/purchases
Could you help me?

I’m having this exact issue. I’ve posted twice on this forum about it, but I haven’t gotten any responses. My domain expires in February, so I really hope someone lets one of us know what to do.

Hi @testamentodrcaligari, can you make sure you’re logged in under the correct account? Log in as the user that originally purchased the domain, and you’ll be able to renew.

You are right, I have two blogsites with two different accounts and I was sure that I purchased the domains separately. Thank you very much for your help!
