I can't renew my domain

  Hello.

  I’m trying to renew my domain (querometro.com) since March, but all I got is a message:

  “The transaction was declined. Please contact your card issuer as they may have blocked the transaction for anti-fraud purposes. Alternatively, try another card.”

  I’ve tried already three different cards and no success at all. Also, I contacted my bank support and they tried to change some inputs to help me, but nothing happened. I had no problems in the previous years because it was an automatic payment and in January 2016 in particular I had no money available in the card for some reasons. The money I intend to use on this was obtained by crowdsourcing and it’s very uncomfortable to not fulfill what was committed with the supporters.

  Could you please help me to solve this situation?

  I would like to declare, just for the record, that WordPress staff didn’t do nothing to help me, but I’ve worked something out and my domain was renewed.
