I am getting an email that my domain is about to expire, but whe I log in it says I have no account under putrchases

Please share the domain URL that you are trying to renew. I’ll be happy to take a look.

The domain, thekatiemoriarty.com, is owned by a different user account than the one you’ve contacted us from.
This is why you are unable to locate the renew option at Manage Purchases.
Once you login correctly you’ll find the option to renew your domain at Manage Purchases.
I have sent an email to the address connected to the correct account.
