  Hi, what is the domain in question? Is this about pepper8llc.com?

  If so, this domain has expired but we are still able to get it back for you. I can see you have just purchased a plan – we can renew your domain subscription using the domain credit for that plan.

  I have already reached out to our domain partner, they usually reply within 24-48h. We will let you know once the domain is back on your account.
