My domain has expired and i can’t pay for renew.

Your domain, ssisboutique.com, expired 78 days ago, which is too long to renew it (even with the late fee that Rachel mentioned in the e-mail/message from last week).
The domain provider is in the process of deleting the domain, which can take another week or so, then it will be available for purchase again anew. When this page says “ssisboutique.com is not currently registered”, you can purchase it again: https://who.wildwestdomains.com/WhoIs.aspx?prog_id=wildwestdomains&domain=ssisboutique.com
